Zac Littlewood

Podium finish at the ILCA 7 World Championships and very consistent performances throughout the year. Seems to prefer sailing in a breeze.
The John Baron Hay Gold Medal – for Outstanding Lifetime Contribution to the Sport of Sailing in WA
Greg Moore
Greg has been a long-term contributor to sailing in Western Australia since he joined Maylands Yacht Club as a junior. Beyond sailing, Greg served many years on committees at Maylands, and including as Commodore, before being awarded Life Membership.

Greg moved from Maylands YC to Perth Dinghy Sailing Club in 1991, initially sailing Herons with his daughter and then crewing in the Javelin class until 2023 (age 72!) serving as President of the Javelin Sailing Association.
Greg also served six years as a flag officer at PDSC, rising to Commodore in 1997 till 1999.
After completing his term as Commodore, he continued on committee, serving as Honorary Secretary until 2009.
He was elected Life Member at PDSC in 2003. So both Commodore and Life Membership of TWO volunteer-run yacht clubs.
During much of this time on committee, Greg served as the Club and Class delegate to YAWA, right up until the end of the YAWA meetings and new Australian Sailing structure.
Greg was an active member of the Commodores’ Association of WA including a term as President.
Subsequently, Greg served on the Ron Tough Yachting Foundation board from 2014 where he served as secretary and treasurer, resigning in 2019 to refresh the group. He was further elected to a position of Trustee, serving until 2026.
There has been but a couple of years in the past 45 years that he has not been volunteer contributing to sailing in WA.
